Commercial Roof Coating

Roof Coating has been around for a long time. In fact, California has implemented the use of these products in their State Energy Plans, if you Remodel a Commercial Building you must meet certain Energy Standards.  This is accomplished with Roof Coatings.  Not only does it Water Proof your building but it also makes it more Energy Effecient. 

Most people think of Roof Coatings as a quick spray on fix.  This couldn't be farther from the truth.  These coatings are not sold at your local hardware store and large home improvement warehouse.   contractors must be factory approved and materials come Manufacture direct for better Quality Control.  Through out the project we recieved Manufacture Inspections by an approved agent which allows for no warranty suprises at the end of the project.
